I make this salad all of the time, but never even thought about posting it. Of course, I shouldn’t assume that everyone knows this concoction already. Heck, I didn’t even know about ANY food only four years ago!
So, here’s my favorite salad…using mainly tomatoes and mozzarella. Just dice up the two ingredients, then splash a little bit of olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette and a little bit of basil. So easy! You can do many forms of this salad.. such as slicing instead of dicing, or stacking the slices… (see photo below where I added mushrooms too).
