I cooked up some chicken and had some leftover for lunch the next day. So, I just whipped up a quick chicken salad sandwich by adding mayo and some spices. I served it on some leftover toasted hamburger buns. Not bad… for being so fast and cheap!

i always do this kind of sandwich with left over chicken, especially when im on the run ^__^ fast and delicious!
