Cheesy Potatoes

I haven’t taken a photo yet of this recipe, but made it quite a few times.  This dish is definitely a staple for our Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners, along with any potlucks or other group events.  It’s so easy for feeding a crowd.

Cheesy Potatoes


2 lbs hash brown potatoes, slightly thawed
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. cheddar cheese
2 c. sour cream
1 stick of butter, melted


Mix everything together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
