Finally, the last post from my Spanish tapas party last month. It’s another very easy recipe that can be thrown together, poured in a small bowl and tossed on the table in a matter of minutes. Mix it up with the types of olives you love. I just used basic black and Spanish green olives. It was nice having some leftovers to snack on, as these can be pretty addicting.
1 – 2 cloves garlic, pressed
hot red pepper flakes
fresh lemon or orange zest
Mix all ingredients. Let chill for half an hour before serving.
