I did share my Chicken Pot Pie Crescent Ring I made for Pillsbury a while back, which is another great weeknight meal. Since the weather is cooling off for most of the country (Mississippi not included) I thought I’d share another quick comfort meal your entire family will love. Use microwave rice, canned corn, taco seasoning mixed, shredded cheese and just a few more pantry staples and you’ve got yourself a kicked up nacho beef dinner!
