I was lucky enough to be one of the very few to sample this new chocolate from Amano. Months ago I sampled chocolate from there that was not my favorite, so was thrilled to have another chance to try a different flavor from a different region. This Jembrana chocolate is made up of cocoa beans from Bali. It is rich in 70% dark chocolate flavor and definitely topped the last batch I tasted.
