These bite-sized Peanut Butter & Jelly Banana Roll Ups are the perfect after-school snack for your tots, paired with the new Capri Sun juice drinks with a clear bottom pouch.  Quick and easy to assemble, your kids can even help you spread the pb&j and roll up the banana.  They will feel good about helping, and you will feel good about giving them a fun treat!Peanut Butter and Jelly Banana Roll UpsDoesn't it seem crazy that we are already at that time of year for sharing school snack ideas?  Didn't summer break JUST start?  So, how has it already ended?  The Christmas holiday will be here before we know it!Before we start talking about holiday food - or even all things fall and pumpkin spiced - let's talk about after-school snacks.  What are some of your favorites to feed your kids when they get home from school?  Judah is wanting to snack CONSTANTLY.  Like, every 10 minutes, seriously.  Sometimes, he even doubles/triples/quadruples up on his request and asks for more than one snack at a time.  "Mom, can I have a popsicle, a granola bar, pretzels and crackers?"Um, no.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Banana Roll Ups

Between Judah and his dad, our snack cupboard doesn't stay well-stocked for too long.  When Ben gets home from work, he immediately goes straight for the snack cabinet and starts munching down.  I've teased him about it lately, but in all honesty, it's sort of frustrating because I just keep thinking "I'm gonna have to go to the grocery store... again!"

Peanut Butter and Jelly Banana Roll Ups

Plus, many of those snacks aren't the healthiest option.  Don't get me wrong, we do not keep greasy chips in our house, or soda, or chocolate sandwich cookies, or etc. etc. etc. _______ fill in the blank.  But, we do have cheese crackers, veggie chips, granola bars, popcorn, trail mix, and so on.

Capri Sun Back to School

I have the same thoughts as far as kids' drinks, too, which is why we keep our fridge well stocked with Capri Sun Roarin' Waters Flavored Water Beverages.

Capri Sun Clear Bottom Pouches

They are now offered with clear bottom pouches, so you can actually see that they are made with no artificial colors!  I love that!  Plus, I feel good about giving my kid something that tastes good and is also good for him.

Other varieties of Capri Sun juice drinks that are available with clear bottom pouches are:

  • Capri Sun Juice Drink
  • Carpi Sun 100% Juice
  • Capri Sun Super V Fruit and Vegetable Juice Drink

Capri Sun Back to School

Not only do I keep our fridge well-stocked with Capri Sun Roarin' Waters Flavored Water Beverages for playdates, snack breaks and so on, but it's also our choice of snack drink to pack for road trips, park visits, and sports teams.  It's also nice that Judah can now easily insert the straw all by himself!

Capri Sun Back to School

What types of snacks do you prepare for your kids or which flavor Capri Sun is your favorite?   (P.S. - Isn't it cool that we can see through the bottom of the pouches now?)
