VELVEETA and ROTEL go together like macaroni and cheese, peanut butter and jelly, bread and butter... you get it.

Velveeta RoTelSome combinations are such winners, you just have to have them together. This is the case with the VELVEETA and RO*TEL queso dip. It is a classic football party recipe of cheesy goodness combined with tomatoes and green chiles, and almost always the party guests expect it to show up in the spread of food.

Using just two ingredients and the microwave, it is super easy for you to serve this at your next gathering. Simply cut up the block of VELVEETA, combine it in a microwave-safe bowl with one can of ROTEL, and microwave it for just 5 minutes (stirring after 3 minutes). That's it!

Keep it warm in the Crock Pot, like I do, and it will stay creamy and dip-worthy during your entire party. We occasionally have friends over to watch football, and this last time I made sure to serve the famous VELVEETA and RO*TEL Queso dip. Not only did we dip our chips right in, but I also set up a nacho and taco bar so we could drizzle the queso over our taco meat and toppings. Delicious!

Check out the video I made that shows you how to quickly prepare the dip, and the smiles it put on our guests' faces! 🙂

The recipe is pretty versatile. You can add spicy sausage to the dip to mix it up, or put your own spin on it.
