Chocolate Ganache
  • 1/2 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  1. Pour chips into a small heat proof bowl. Heat the butter and whipping cream in a small saucepan until it bubbles on the sides. Pour the whipping cream into the bowl of chocolate chips and let set for 1 minute. Stir until creamy and ready to drizzle or spread.
  2. (Sometimes I do not even use butter, and only the whipping cream.)
