Ingredients
3ozsemi-sweet chocolate, melted on very low heat or double boiler
1.5tablespoonsgranulate sugar
2teaspoonhot chocolate powder
1.5cupsmilk
3cupsice
Instructions
Mix the melted chocolate, sugar and hot cocoa powder in saucepan while still on very low heat. Once mixed, remove from heat, stir in ½ cup milk. Cool in fridge for about 10 minutes.
Place 3 cups of ice in blender and pour chocolate mixture over ice. Blend for about 5 seconds. Pour remaining 1 cup milk into blender. Mix until all ice chunks are blended.
Pour into glass, top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings!
