Vanilla Latte with Tate+Lyle® Gourmet Beverage Syrups
No fancy equipment needed for this vanilla latte. Just a mason jar!
1/2cupstrong brewed coffee
2tablespoonsTate+Lyle® Vanilla Pure Cane Syrup
Pour 1/2 cup hot strong brewed coffee into an 8 ounce coffee mug. To make the foam, pour milk and syrup into a mason jar (at least pint size jar). Tightly cover with the lid and shake for 30 seconds. Remove the lid and microwave on high for another 30 seconds. Using a spoon to hold back the foam, pour the milk into the coffee. Spoon the milk foam over top and serve immediately.
