Ingredients
1loaf sliced pretzel bread
sliced cheese(your favorite kind)
olive oil
Instructions
Preheat a Panini press. Match slices of bread into pairs by size. Sandwich two or three slices of cheese between each bread pair, then rub the outside of the bread with olive oil. Grill one or two at a time in the Panini press until the bread is golden crispy and the cheese is melted.
Notes
If you do not have a Panini press, try making a grilled cheese sandwich instead! Spread butter on the outside and grill on a hot skillet for 1-2 minutes each side.
