1 ½teaspoonground sage
1 ½teaspoonpaprika
1teaspoonground mustard
1teaspoonsalt

Instructions
Trim fat off pork chops using kitchen shears; set aside. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in skillet over medium high heat.
Whisk together the eggs and 1 teaspoon olive oil in a shallow rimmed dish. In a separate shallow dish, combine the almond flour and rest of the ingredients.
Working with two or three pork chops at a time, dip the pork chops into the egg mixture to coat, then into the almond mixture. Turn a couple of times to thoroughly coat each side.
Place coated pork chops directly into the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until reaches internal temperature of 145°F.
