Ingredients
3tablespoonschili powder
2tablespoonsground cumin
3teaspoonsonion powder
2teaspoonsgarlic powder
2teaspoonspaprika
1teaspoonoregano

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a small jar. Cover and shake to mix. Store in pantry until ready to use as directed in your recipe.
To make taco meat, use about 2 tablespoons seasoning per 1 pound of meat. Brown meat, sprinkle on seasoning and cook over medium heat with ⅓ cup of water or broth. Simmer until liquid is absorbed.
Notes
2 tablespoons is equivalent to 1 package of store-bought taco seasoning.
