Candied Nuts Recipe

Ingredients

water

sugar
, can use up to 1 cup depending on desired level of sweetness

ground cinnamon

vanilla extract

raw nuts
(12 to 16 oz bag)
Instructions
In a medium nonstick skillet, cook the water, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla over medium-high heat until sugar is dissolved.
Stir in the nuts. Continue to cook over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens and liquid is gone.
Once sugar mixture is crystallized on the nuts and no longer gooey (anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes of cooking), transfer to wax paper to cool.
