(Click photo to read article)Our Wheaton/Glen Ellyn Glancer magazine magazine, published monthly, featured me as the "Lovable Local" in their May issue! My friend, Jamie, from Memories Illustrated called me and told me the article was published. After going a few days without receiving my copy in the mail, Jamie gave me her's then a co-worker gave me another one. So, now that I received mine...yes....that equals three copies! Let's see...that's one for me, one for my mom, and one for Ben's mom. HA!
Every month Glancer Magazine delivers the best in local area dining & cabaret, celebrity, fashion & style, culture, home, society, charity, family, business and community spirit. There usually is a recipe share feature, among other food-related articles. Not too long ago they contacted me regarding Pennies on a Platter and did a phone interview. A few days later they showed up at my door for a photo! Kinda fun...!
So, as I enjoy my very minuscule amount of local "fame," I wonder, what's next for Pennies on a Platter?
