We are still in the middle of packing and moving, but next week I should be back in the kitchen cooking up a storm in my new surroundings. (Can't wait!) This doesn't mean I'll be focusing on only healthy and lighter recipes (sorry, NFL playoff season is here) but I can leave you with this quick reminder of what lighter recipes are already available to help you recover from all of your holiday food intake. 🙂
Grilled Pork Kebabs with Southeast Asian Marinade
Falafel with Spicy Yogurt Sauce
Black Bean Patties with Corn Relish and Avocado Cream Sauce
Black Bean Tortilla Chip Salad
Southwestern Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
What are your "go-to" recipes to ring in the new year?
