Title page for Valentine popcorn.Happy Valentine's Day Week!  What are your plans?  Ben will be out of town, teaching at another RTS campus, so I'll be hanging with my other two young loves snacking on this Valentines popcorn.

Valentine popcorn. This is probably one of the easiest holiday recipes you will ever come across.  If you can find Valentine Candy Corn in your grocery store, then grab it.  (Or you can buy online.)  Then pop up some microwavable popcorn, melt some of the candy corn and drizzle it on top.  That's it.  Of course, add some salt, because salted popcorn is always better.

My hubby adores sweet popcorn of any variety, he'd probably prefer this for a valentine's dessert over any fancy schmancy cake. Sometimes simple is best!
