Avocado Lime Dip

Toss just a few ingredients into the blender and you have a healthy and tasty avocado dip.

  • Half of one avocado , peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • Pinch of salt
  • Dash of black pepper


  • Place all ingredients in a blender and process until fully combined and smooth. Stop the blender and scrape down the sides of the bowl as necessary. Serve immediately with chips, pretzels, veggies, etc.
