Ingredients

ripe avocados
, peeled, pitted and chopped

unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4

sweetener of choice
(honey, pure maple syrup, agave nectar, etc.)

milk
(or any dairy-free milk)

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Blend all ingredients, until smooth, in a blender, food processor or using a hand held mixer. Serve immediately, or chill first (recommended).
Cover tightly and store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Notes
You can freeze this pudding for an icy treat.
Use more or less sweetener to taste.
