4cupsrice Chex cereal
4cupscorn Chex cereal
2cupsHoney Nut Cheerios
2cupsmini pretzels twists
3cupsGoldfish crackers(6.6 oz package)
½cupunsalted butter
3tablespoonsWorcestershire
½teaspoonshot saucelike Tabasco
3heaping teaspoonsseasoned saltpreferably Lawry’s
2heaping teaspoonsCajun seasoningI use Kingsford brand
1teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspooncelery salt
½teaspoonsonion powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250°F.
In a very large mixing bowl, combine cereals, pretzels and goldfish crackers.
In a small saucepan, or 2 cup microwave safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Slowly pour the butter mixture over the cereal while gently stirring to evenly coat.
Spread cereal mix into a very large roasting pan. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

Helpful Tips
Nutrition information is an estimate only.
I use a 4 cup Pyrex liquid measuring cup to measure the cereals, goldfish and pretzels.
A large roasting pan works best, but you can use two large rimmed baking sheets.
Let the mix cool completely before storing so it stays crisp.
