Sift the cocoa and sugar together into a medium bowl; set aside.
Chop the chocolate and place in microwave safe bowl. Melt in the microwave on high, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth. It should take about 1 minute 30 seconds.
Stir in the cocoa sugar mixture, a little at a time, until combined. The consistency will be thick like cookie dough.
Divide chocolate into silicone molds. Insert spoons or sticks. Allow to firm up at room temp or refrigerate. Remove from molds.
To Make the Hot Cocoa
Heat ¾ cup of milk until hot. Stir in hot chocolate stick until melted.
Notes
Use higher quality chocolate with more fat content for best results. NOT chocolate chips.
Store in an airtight container for up to 1 year.
Chocolate may lighten in color. This does not affect quality or taste.
