Ingredients
1family size box(18oz) chocolate fudge brownie mix, plus ingredients listed on box
Vanilla ice cream
Caramel ice cream topping
3bottles(20 oz. each) root beer
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease six oven-proof jars with nonstick spray; set aside.
Follow the instructions on the box of brownie mix to prepare the batter for regular brownies (not cake-like). Distribute the batter evenly into the six jars. (I pipe the batter into the jars using a freezer zipper bag, then cut off one of the corners for easy clean piping.)
Set all six jars onto a shallow baking sheet and carefully place in the oven. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out fairly clean. Watch carefully as baking times can vary, depending on the size of your jars and thickness of your brownies.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Cover with plastic wrap until ready to serve.
To serve, scoop ice cream into each jar over top the brownies. Drizzle with caramel sauce, then pour in root beer. Serve immediately with a straw and spoon.
