Easter dinner this year will be different than we originally planned, and I'm guessing that's the same story for you.  We're hoping to find a ham in my grocery pick up order tomorrow and then focusing on simple side dishes.  These 7 easy side dishes will compliment your Easter meal and are great as leftovers for the rest of the week.

From deviled eggs to cheesy potatoes, I've got you covered for Easter side dishes!  You might want to check out my hard-boiled eggs tutorial, as well.  If you have the extra time, consider making Easter Bread with your family, too!

Grape Salad

This easy creamy grape salad is a copycat recipe of Chicken Salad Chick’s Grape Salad side dish.   • Cream cheese (4 oz.)
  • Sugar (¼ cup)
  • Sour cream (½ cup)
  • Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
  • Red seedless grapes (1 lb)
  • Green seedless grapes (1 lb)
  • Brown sugar (¼ cup)
  • Pecans, chopped (¼ cup)

Macaroni Salad

Everyone has a favorite classic macaroni salad recipe and this one is ours! This best old-fashioned macaroni salad includes cheese cubes, dices of boiled eggs and crisp veggies with a creamy dressing that encompasses our favorite summertime flavors.

  • Red onion (half)
  • Red bell pepper (half)
  • Celery (2 stalks)
  • Parsley (handful)
  • Elbow macaroni (2 cups dry)
  • Pickle spears (3)
  • Mayonnaise (¾ cup)
  • Sour cream (3 tablespoons)
  • Hard-boiled eggs (3)
  • Monterey jack cheese (4 oz. block)
  • Dijon mustard (1 tablespoon)
  • Apple cider vinegar (1 tablespoon)
  • Celery salt (½ teaspoon - optional)

This easy deviled eggs recipe is a family favorite! All you need are eggs, mayo, mustard and a little spice for these classic deviled eggs!
